Responsibilities:

Active search for corporate clients having turn over >60USD Mn.

Development of existing corporate customer/graduating retail, SME customers

Acquisition of new corporate customers on regular basis

Doing preliminary appraisal of the customer

One point contact to customer.- Excellent relationship at all level of the customer’s organization

Maintaining the portfolio mix among customers/class of equipments (standard/non –standard)/Rate

Maintaining the portfolio quality as per norms.

Requirements:

Efficient/Relevant experience in leasing or lending of construction equipment, Oil and Gas equipments, Wagon  of at least 5 years.

Professional degree in Finance.

English - good, professional terminology.

High level of self-organization and results-oriented.

Sound knowledge and accumulated customer base in segments corresponding to the profile of the organization.

Loyalty and a basic understanding of the corporate culture of the organization.

High level of communication skills, including teamwork.

The ability to resolve conflicts, stress and a positive life attitude.
